Marketing & Brand Support
- Design and create marketing materials, including:
- Social media graphics
- Product flyers and catalogues
- Website banners
- Point-of-sale (POS) material
- Product packaging concepts
- Promotional campaign assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms
- Assist with new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and supplier campaigns
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media platforms
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages
- Support the growth of online presence and community engagement
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and trends
Website & E-Commerce Management
- Maintain and update website content, including:
- New product listings
- Product descriptions
- Pricing updates
- Images and banners
- Promotional content
- Assist with SEO optimisation and website enhancements
- Manage online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, including:
- Product listings
- Content optimisation
- Customer enquiries
- Pricing and stock updates
- Order coordination where required
- Monitor competitor activity and online market trends
Sales & Administrative Support
- Support the sales team with:
- Quotations
- Product information
- Customer communication
- Sales presentations
- Coordinate customer samples, brochures, and marketing materials
- Assist with merchandising initiatives and promotional displays
Additional Responsibilities
- Create product photography and perform basic video editing for marketing content
- Assist with internal communications and presentations
- Provide general administrative and operational support to management
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, agencies, and external service providers as required
- Support ad hoc marketing, sales, and operational projects as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce experience
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of work
- Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft Office
- Experience managing websites and e-commerce platforms
- Social media management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Valid driver's licence advantageous.
